390,000 dogs and 530,000 cats are euthanized in US shelters each year so for the year. No-Kill International Inc.'s formula will end those cruel murders done by people claiming to be caring.

 

No-Kill International Inc. is about saving 100% of the animals (which are primarily dogs and cats), from euthanasia because of a lack of space in shelters, which is the reason for 99.7% of the murders of those animals. Saving their lives by a 70% - 90% volunteer (donated time or services), talent force for great good, taking on what is considered to be impossible, that will prove possible. And, because the people will have one common goal that is well beloved, we will have a large membership of quality people aiding our well thought out plan for ending the killings of these beautiful animals.

 

No-Kill International, Inc. is a Delaware nonprofit corporation currently in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Once approved, donations will be retroactively tax-deductible to the date of incorporation (April, 2025). To donate to No-Kill International, YOU CAN DONATE HERE. We currently have an Emergency Request for Stay of Euthanasia Pending Legal Review with the Dekalb County Animal Shelter who askes people to save animals from being executed by the Dekalb County Animal Shelter. They need to start by not executing the dogs and cats at all so they'd not have to beg us to keep them from murdering them. But just like every kill shelter they have lost their minds. They pretend their insantity makes sense.

 

We need to get our 501(c)(3) status as quickly as possible as that will help No-Kill International Inc to receive the large donations it needs to save as many dogs and cats as possible and money and materials and volunteers is how. But mainly money as if you don't have volunteer, you can always pay someone and we will. We will need too many hours from too many professionals to rely solely on volunteers. I just won't be taking any pay. I'll be making my income from Muscle-Fit Dynamic and I'll be contributing all I can. Well over 10%. The company will donate 10% and I will donate 30% or more of my own pay from Muscle-Fit Dynamic.

 

No-Kill International endeavors to:

 

• Build shelters with more room for animals per kennel and more room for animals per shelter.
• Compel cities to not take in animals when their shelters don't have room for them.
• Expand and remake Spay and Neuter programs.
• Get new laws put on the books such as mandatory imprisonment for who murders or abuses a companion animal. And increasing and adding mandatory fines that will keep people from even considering starting puppy mills.
• Ban some breeds from being bread from some areas as they have too many and they are overpopulating that area and they end up at kill shelters and are murdered.
• Make every breeder have to be licensed and only breed so many of any particular breed. It would all be calculated based on what the area would likely adopt (mixed breeds would obviously continue to be bread and have an allotted number). This is the only way to get supply to equal demand.
• Shut down pet shops, for their dog and cat sales, unless at least half their sales (not supply) come from shelters, and half or less from breeders, which will also help to end breeders from breeding too many animals. 
• Force City Councils to outlaw euthanasia from being used for a lack of space at shelters.

I'll begin by donating one million dollars from Muscle-Fit Dynamic programs LLC (as soon as I get it) which would be my million dollars from my pay that would be donated, because as part of the agreement for Muscle-Fit Dynamic funding will be that I would get 2.8 million dollars in pay (to last for one or two years max) and one million of that I will donate to No-Kill International. 

 

Investor invests 13 million in Muscle-Fit Dynamic LLC and he gets 216,666.67 Member Units with a 10-year distribution of $186,496,992 (based on units held) ROI: 1,335% | Cash Multiple: 14.35x. There are also two instalments of $300,000.00 for owners' salary while the company is being built, with the first being a $300,000.00 deposit with a 48-hour refund review window.

All donated money can and will go to No-Kill International to save EVERY dog and cat that is being murdered at any shelter for a lack of space. That's the 100% possible goal and to do that quickly. And right now the lack of an investor is enabling the animals to continue to be murdered as I do not have an investor yet to stop it. So, an investor needs to get his ass in gear and invest the 13 million I need to go into the multi-billion-dollar profit making machine Muscle-Fit Dynamic to be the beginning and backbone of No-Kill International Inc.

 

So, I am going to do this one way and one way only. I get paid for my life all the good I will do in saving millions and millions of dogs and cats, paid ONLY from profits of my Muscle-Fit Dynamic exercise machine (and whatever other additional products we end up selling) and 100% of the multi-millions that get donated to No-Kill International will go to No-Kill International and not even a penny of it to me. I will even put at least 10% (not 10 cents from a $1.00 product that is sold occasionally, as some places do for charities as they pat themselves on the back for doing next to nothing, so not that, but Muscle-Fit Dynamic wil give 10% of the gross profits of everything it sells. Something the Investor will sign off on too as he can look at Bissel and Subaru who help dogs and cats if he thinks that's a bad idea (as it is not a bad idea. It is a good idea). So, it comes with the territory. And I will also personally give millions more of my own profits above that 10% company donation.

 

No-Kill International Inc. is a mechanism to provide a 100% no-kill rate to all shelters. In the beginning, most cities would bring the dogs and cats they were going to euthanize to one of our facilities to care for the animals. So, there will be a seamless way to end 100% of their killing of dogs and cats for a lack of space. After that is accomplished, and during that time as we'd have to have those facilities in order for the animals to be brought to them, we'd need donated land and materials and labor and also donated money when donated land and materials and labor were not offered to build new roomy facilities for the dogs and cats that would otherwise be killed by euthanasia. 

 

As that is going on we will petition to make it illegal to euthanize any animal for population control in cities. It will not be done by any court order but by city council's ability to make such a law for their cities by public pressure exerted upon the city councils, their constituents telling them they will not tolerate the status quo of murdering shelter animals for them simply being born and then ending up in the wrong part of town.

 

And, for all the help we will be providing the cities for solving their problem they were not able to fix, we will make certain the city councils adopt spay and neuter programs that function to reduce the dog and cat birth rate as we can't let an uncontrolled birth rate that initially creates the problem to chip away at our solution. Uncontrolled it would overwhelm the solution to have overflow or be more demanding on donors than they'd be willing to give since we did not tame the birth rate as part of the solution, so we cannot and will not let that happen. That way we will have an enduring solution. And all breeds and mutts will have an opportunity to continue so there would logically be some limits established.

 

When financially possible we will offer to replace cities current shelters with ones we build so no dogs or cats have to live in crampt and lonely situations that most live in and ours will have runs and be much larger, like 8ft square and probably 3 levels since wed have a foundation and a first floor and land it's less expensive to build up after you have a first floor. So we'd have 3 levels per building, and it would be about the size of a football field with a few acres for runs.

 

There are two options here to be tested to see which is ultimately used. One would have the city councils to require any pet store that sold dogs and cats to get their dogs and cats from us to sell, as per a law city councils would create stating that a dog or cat could not be sold in the community by a business until the dogs and cats in the shelter were adopted, thus they would have to sell ours to sell any (they would also have to comply with new min space requirements for the animals that we'd endeavor to enact to give them more room). Another option is that people wishing to get a dog or cat from a pet shop would have to get a voucher from us after having visited our facilities and seeing our dogs and cats, to get a dog or cat elsewhere. Most times I hope anyone would get a dog or cat from us after seeing them. This might be best rather than working with pet stores, just outdo them. They would also have to register where and how they get their animals and show the conditions the animals live in from start to finish (as we will ask that of city councils as part of this whole package) and have their process inspected at random intervals without notice.

 

We'd also have satalite locations when needed that might be smaller but full-featured and also helpful for people adopting animals.

 

The city is made aware that they are making their shelter a No-Kill facility and via us it is 100% no-kill regarding population control. And that type killing would then be illegal. A lot of the dog catchers and staff woukld be replaced as they existed in the warped kill factories and are not suited for compassion. Many are wicked as hell. A new batch of caring people will take their places.

 

For any other killing (euthanasia), like if a dog was vicious, that will be determined by a third party or a branch of us that we compensate; not a decision that will be allowed to be made solely by any shelter (as part of our overall agreement with cities), as many such dogs can be rehabilitated. Things like that will be covered in a code of conduct that city shelters working with us will have to abide by.

 

A new mission statement needs to be created for the cities' shelters to focus on quality care and facilitating adoption rather than on population control. The population control will come by money that will be given when these places are not lost causes, but places mandated to save every life.

 

Ordinary people to philanthropists do not like to financially prop up sinking ships with bad captains and no vision failing left and right; only wrongly succeeding to give death. Giving to city shelters that partner with us will increase as we will have an option for people to give to selected shelters, them no longer sinking ships with no vision. City shelters working with us will have to adopt our mission statement etc. and any money donated to them will have to first be spent on making their shelters nicer, cleaner, more comfortable and more spacious for the animals and with runs.

 

We will need land and shelter for dogs and cats to move to from the respective city shelters. A step two before being adopted. An overflow area working in conjunction with people fostering, but this is different. They will be made on land donated and or bought for this purpose and with comfortable structures for the animals and land to run on also. They do not have to be close to the city shelters as these can be spread out to be where the land is that is donated or bought by contributions.

 

Volunteers will be used as much as possible but where there are gaps that would have to be filed by paid workers. The cities will not have to invest any more than they already are to save all these animals. That is what city councils will have to hear to outlaw the killing of dogs and cats in their cities for population control. "It won't cost you any more money and all the animals will be saved and have places to live from now on when you implement our plans to the tee."

 

We are also wishing to build data base as we progress (which will be easier when we are producing TV commercials) to validate our claims that the city council's constituents are opposed to kill shelters.

 

We will be adding a page for companies who provide donations of business services to acknowledge them for their contributions. This won't be added till it is substantial, but it will be added. If we have a CPA to donate his services, then we don't have to hire one. If we have builders donating building materials and labor for shelters, then of whatever is donated, we won't have to buy those materials and hire labor for what labor is donated. And when it is accepted (after we get our 501(c)(3) status), then it will be a tax write off for those companies as they are recognized by the world for their good deeds. Also, if anyone wishes to not be publicly acknowledged, and their help kept private, that can be done also.

 

Muscle-Fit Dynamic will donate 10% of its profits to No-Kill International Inc. as it is planned to be a financial backbone for No-Kill International and additionally will help out even more if No-Kill International Inc. needs additional funds. The main financial arm, on top of those millions, will be corporate and private donations totaling hundreds of millions to even billions because that's what will be needed. Of those billions I won't take a penny. It will all go to the cause. But first both these companies of mine have to begin (they are in the process).

 

It will take several years to a decade (beginning when Muscle-Fit Dynamic gets its primary investor where a million dollars of his investment funds the beginning of No-Kill International) to get to the point of saving all the dogs and cats in the USA so that none are murdered per year for a lack of room in shelters. So that number of lives saved will not be the total of lives saved in the USA once the murders are forced to end, as there will be a new structure in place that would not have been without us. So to compare the evil reality (grossly insufficient and without excuse reality) that there is now with that great reality of saving all lives, the total lives saved would be a continual annual number as you compare what would have otherwise been without us. Even though there has been a decline in the murder rate of kill shelter animals over the last fifty years, 390,000 dogs and 530,000 cats are euthanized in US shelters each year is too many, when one is too many. The current status quo is mass murder for who can see reality for what it is. So 390,000 x 50 years = 19,500,000 and to factor in a decline without us of maybe 30% = 13 million 650 thousand dogs saved over a 50 year period and by the same calculations, saving 18 million 550 thousand cats. So to accomplish this would be us creating the greatest organized structure ever built to save the most lives by a single project in all of human history.

 

And that is just lives saved in the USA, we will not stop there.

 

I have come so that... Christ says a few of those and that's what we as His are supposed to be saying ourselves by our actions. I have come to destroy the works of the devil. I have come so that they might have life and have it more abundantly. No Kill International has come to do both of those. I have come to destroy the ability for shelters to murder so that's destroying a work of the devil. I have come that the dogs and cats have life instead of death and that they might have life much more abundantly.
